SEP Promotion
As IPSF expanded globally, the need for international communication and knowledge exchange increased.
To achieve this, IPSF launched the Student Exchange Program (SEP) as its largest project to connect students worldwide.
Student Exchange Program (SEP) is IPSF's largest project, providing pharmacy students the opportunity to have professional and international pharmaceutical training in another country exposing them to international experience to cultivate a global and professional mindset. The students will get the chance to know and be familiar with the updates in the pharmaceutical fields worldwide.
▪ More than 1,000 students worldwide are allowed to experience this program in 5 different training fields in more than 80 different countries.
● Aim of SEP Promotion
1. Increase awareness about SEP among pharmacy students.
2. Encourage students to apply and gain international professional experience.
3. Promote cultural exchange and global networking.
4. Help students develop both personal and professional skills.
5. Build a globally minded pharmacist community.
● Time Line
•Summer (2 phases)
1st phase: Late October to early November.
2nd phase [AFRP]: During April.
•Winter (1 phase): Late July to early August.
●Process for LEO
1. Pre-Plan Calendar [ where you add dates for association workshop, 3 offline days, and add your application form].
2. Application form [You MUST give access to EPSF SEO &Development manager & MD in your LA Pre-selection Form].
3. Tracking Form submission.
4. SEP Seminar where you share SEP and SEPers experience.
5. Candidates’ filtration and local interviews.
6. Submitting Accepted candidates’ names for the national interview.
7. Candidates Education before the national interviews.
8. National interviews done by SEO, SEP WG.
9. Submit the promotion report.

7. Sign SEP Contract
